L4d2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the l4d2 platform operating under the domain l4d2.ws, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and l4d2 as the platform operator. Acceptance takes effect automatically when you register an account, make your first deposit, or continue using the platform after any updates to these Terms have been communicated.

The l4d2 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Creation and User Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the l4d2 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may result in account suspension. l4d2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance purposes.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity that occurs on your account is deemed to be your own, unless you have reported unauthorised access to the l4d2 support team within a reasonable timeframe.

Recommended security measures:

Use a unique, strong password — a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Enable two-factor authentication if available in your account settings.
Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
Contact support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

Users of the l4d2 platform agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access, scrape, or manipulate the platform without written authorisation from l4d2.
Any attempt to compromise, hack, or disrupt the platform's security systems.
Using funds obtained through illegal means for deposits or any transactions on the platform.
Colluding or cooperating with other users to cheat or manipulate game outcomes.
Spreading misleading or false information about the l4d2 platform to others.
Registering an account on behalf of another person or allowing others to use your account.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable.

Payment Information and Transaction Policy

All transactions on the l4d2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include local e-wallets (Boost, Touch 'n Go) and domestic bank transfers. Any attempt to use unlisted or foreign payment methods requires specific approval.

Deposits are credited to the user's account once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen — e-wallets are typically instant to within 10 minutes, while bank transfers may take longer depending on the user's financial institution.

Withdrawals are subject to l4d2's internal review process before funds are disbursed. Users must ensure that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to them. l4d2 is not liable for any failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

All bonuses and promotions received are subject to separate wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without meeting the specified conditions. The specific terms of each bonus will be stated at the time it is awarded.

Liability Limits, Account Policy, and Intellectual Property

L4d2 Liability Limits

L4d2 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from betting activity, technical service disruptions, or unauthorised access by third parties. l4d2's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total deposits made within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension and Closure

L4d2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice where there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, suspicious activity, or upon request by a competent authority. In cases of legitimate account closure with no breach on the user's part, any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the review. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to any refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, and software on the l4d2 platform are the exclusive property of l4d2 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The l4d2 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. l4d2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

L4d2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For material changes, l4d2 will endeavour to notify users via in-platform notifications or registered email. However, failure to receive such notification does not exempt users from being bound by the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the platform operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the l4d2 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate tribunal or court.
